NintendoHack wasn't able to stand and fell after a year(ish, I don't have the exact dates as all our hosts have dropped the sites). A fellow administrator of Nintendohack (Nixshadow), and I created a new site called "The Random Site". This site was just a site to talk about anything and everything that was on your mind. The community was slow picking up, but it thrived pretty well for a few months, but then it started to decline again. Nixshadow and I closed it down after a little bit over a year, as the community was pretty much dead. While the community site didn't last, the site taught me some valuable lessons on how to make a website, as well as gave me an introduction to web hosting servers (that weren't free). It also pulled some like minded internet nerds together, and many members are still in contact with others via other gaming forums or with Steam.
